Good evening, I recently rejoined an old passion of collecting coins. I am 26 now but when I was younger I got handed down one great coin collection. One day I put them into my football card folder so I can look at the fronts and backs (only is 5th grade at this point) well my mom accidentally through it away. After that I wasn't too enthused about collecting again maybe here and there, until recently. I opened up a small gym to help adults as well as younger kids learn to grow in not only their faith but physique as well. One gentlemen who started coming to his moms work out class said he collects coins and asked if I could train him too. Of course I said he asked how much and his mom offered to pay after I said free. We settled on 50 cents. so each time he comes in he gives me a dollar and I would return 50 cents. I called up the bank and ordered a bunch of half dollars to give to him each time he came in, in change. I also grabbed a few pennies for myself. Now my coin collection begins again after I found one of my old surviving error coins, I didn't know what it was up until recently and now I am fascinated to find out more about it and learn the history! I believe it is a floating die clash that I will be posting in the responsible section to hear what others have to say, thanks for the welcome, glad to be back at one of my favorite hobbies.
