This 1899 IHC (S-1 RPD) is in TPG plastic w/its matching Snow photo card.

Seller pictures -- but how do you think the TPG and Snow graded this coin? I'm proud to add it to my collection.

I'm in the 63RB camp. Nice cheek, but spotty area in front of eye looks a little rough.

Beautiful IHC! My guess was MS63RB, but don't disagree with 64. Some attractive toning as well.
