I thought so too on most of it but I do see a some doubling on the bottom of the 9 in the date and I thought on the S that's why I wanted feed back .. eyes getting tired from looking so much :0 thank you

Through circulation of this coin, suffered damage flattening the devices on LIBERTY. The devices are enlarged, but from damage. On hub doubling the doubling is enlarged on the die, so all coins struck with that die will show enlarged devices:

Note how these devices are not flattened, but are fully raised off the coin. Many of the coins from 19868-1972 show machine damage on the devices like on your coins date. Seems like something was changed in 1973 that stopped a lot of this happening. (But we still find MD on coins from all years still today)
