Here's a pair 1995 P&D.
they are gem bu I just put them in a Whitman folder in 1995.
they were just put on a shelf in a Whitman folder.

the humidity is very hard on coin down here.

But sometime they can make them beautifully toned coin like the 2 I have pictured

By folder I presume you mean an actual folder, not an album. The difference is naturally a folder you push the coins into a slot whereas the album they have a plastic slide, front and back and usually the coins just fall into the slot. If in fact you are using a folder, note the shine in the back of the folder's slots. That is the glue from the manufacturing process of gluing a slotted cardboard sheet onto a piece of paper. If you are in a high humity area the glue will eventually stick to the coins. If you've ever seen coins with lines on the reverse that is usually a sign they were in such a folder.

this a plane Whitman folder 3-4 pages with slot with not glue in them. But I have seen the ones with glue.it been along time since I seen one with glue in it
