Please help me identify whether this is Strike Doubling or DDO?

On the 1968 cents on the obverse it is very common to see the edges of the letters touching the rim. You can see a Cent like that and know before you see the date on this year's Cents. The 1968/69 were notorious for Strike Doubling. But from the size of the images I don't see anything out of the ordinary for you coin. The T on LIBERTY looks strike doubled. The mark on the neck looks like Strike Doubling or over cleaning in that area. But nothing really stands out to me for it being a DDO.
