I'll "lowball" it at 65. I seem to see some faint disturbances in the upper left fields on both sides, but maybe these are just flash effects.

MS65, no FB (incompletely separated 2nd band) and is it the pictures or is the obverse very weak?
I think it might make a technical MS66.

MS66FB not sure if the coin has FSB or not from the photo.
