Need help with this possible error coin I came across a while back..

 That is common damage caused by a coin machine. Either a Coin Wrapping Machine or a vending machine. Keep looking, there are some nice error coins out there waiting to be found!

Welcome, as you search more and more coins, you will find lots of this kind of post mint damage.

Im calling bs these guys cant see it I found one as well! The number 7 is raised on the zero not gouged I found the same exact Cohn hopefully toy didn't get rid of it!

Coinoppurtunist, if you're going to be like this, then don't even bother commenting! If your coin is like this OP's, then it Post Strike Damage (Happen out of the U.S. Mint). Your coin is only worth face value. Anyway, if you're going to be like this, then I'll just forget about you. We know what we are talking about.

Dates like this are fairly common, it's caused by wrapping machines.
