I just wanted to say hi to everyone, and I hope to meet some of you.
I've been an on and off collector since I was about 10. Back when they made coins out of copper and silver and you could make a pretty good start in any folder out of change.
Now I collect mostly uncirculated coins and origanal Mint packaged coins. I'm presently working on a nice set of Franklin's, still trying to finish off my modern (55 and up) proof sets. and a few other interest. For the future if I live long enough I've always wanted to do a nice type set.
I'm running on so I'll say good night for now, and hope to hear from some of you out there.

I hope to meet some of you. Where abouts do you hail from? There was recently an ANA expo in Chicago. A massive gathering of numismatists is coming up in Orlando in January. Many forum folks rub elbows @ these shindigs throughout the year. |

To CCF , yes I remember those good old days. we used to be able to walk into a bank and ask a teller if they had any silver dollars in their draws and most times they would have a couple. picked them up at FV.  |

I hail from the South. Not to far from Chapel Hill and Duke. Spent the first half of my life in Maryland. Got to a few shows at the Civic Center in Baltimore - I'd love to get to Orlando
