Again I am trying to focus the direction my collection is going. My biggest problem is space, no where to put everything. In the past couple weeks I have picked up some new Dansco albums and today a order came in with some more albums. As of now I want to get a album for each series, even if it means I will never finish them. I want a place to put the coins I purchase. A place I will be most happy with. Then I want to start getting rid of all the extras I have in 2X2 boxes. might take me a few post to get them on this post. Here are some albums I picked up in the past couple weeks. Oh .. I think this puts me somewhere around 70 albums. Edited by GR58 09/08/2015 5:13 pm

First one ... not a Dansco, but for some reason I have been wanting this album. I will begin putting coins into this, starting this afternoon. I plan on putting proof coins for as many of the modern coins I can find in my boxes. (not sure why the sent a extra first and last page ) Intercept shield type set

I never started a Barber album, because the coins get expensive in the higher grades. But I do see a lot of lower grade Barbers at the coin shops. I got to looking though my 2x2 boxes and noticed I have 20+ Barbers each in dimes, quarters and half dollars. Now I have the Half dollar and quarter album, will pick up the dime album on the next order. After putting the halves in the album, I am sure I will be happy how it looks. Edit .. had wrong picture posted

This next album I am sure I will never finish. But again, it will be a good place to put the large cents I do have, and the ones I get in the future.

I like looking through Wizard coin supply sites, seems like I always find items I have not seen before. I thought I would give this cloth bag a try, for my capitol coin holder.

(can't forget Ike's) I have not found a real good way to store my blue Ike's. So I put them in Large currency boxes. This is the start of my 3rd box.

You are all set! Now all you have to do is find the time to re-invent your collection! I have one Intercept Shield album ( Susan B. Anthony dollars) it came with the dust cover - very nice. And the anti-corrosion technology sounds pretty cool also. Truthfully, I've never liked the two-post style albums but sometimes you don't really have a choice (ie. Dansco World Crown Collection). I know you're like a kid at Christmas right now. Go have FUN . Jack

That gold looks fantastic in that holder! Thanks .... I do like that holder too. All the coins in that holder I have bought, when they come into two local coin shops. Someday I might have to look for them other places to get the set done. As much as I like Dansco albums, I do believe the gold looks better in the capitol coin holders. Dansco to compare, from my type set gold page.

Quote: It's a nice problem to have - to have that big of an inventory. It really is a problem. makes it very hard to focus on what to work on. When coins come into the local shops it is very hard to remember what coins I have .. which ones I need. For example, I know I have a few Two Cent coins, I have been looking for them for about a week. Still looking. My plan is to get a Dansco for each series, then make a spreadsheet for each album. I hope that will help me focus.

Looks like you have a lot of hole filling ahead. I am sure you will enjoy the process as much as you will the finished product.
