Looked at this many times and I keep thinking it's a old replica (possibly 1880 to 1950s?), but not necessarily intended to deceive someone. Perhaps it was a medal made for a long-ago fair or kid's prize.

From what I know, tokens based off U.S. coin designs typically have different legends than the coin its based off. I'll defer to experts on this one though.

Looks like a Jeton or gaming token... I would guess if you asked the seller, the mm would be smaller than a genuine piece

This is just a cheap imitation

1. The Omega counterfeiter would never make such an ugly Liberty

2. From my research, the Omega man primarily faked HR St. Gaudens, some $3 and $10 gold coins never heard of an Omega Liberty $20

Just my thoughts on this piece.

I'll concur with Meadowview after looking at more Omega specimens in detail - it's nowhere near the quality.
