Too much glare to tell for sure. (but looks interesting) Try to diffuse the light a bit. That would help.

The pointed "9" and the "E" in liberty seem like dead giveaways to me. I will try to get a better pic but the plastic case makes it really difficult.

Still a lot of glare. But it looks like a Small date to me. Nice find. You might try adding a diffuser like white bond paper/ facial tissue/ or white grocery plastic bag. (Don't let the diffuser touch the bulb)

Around $90 as a Gem Proof, but this is hard to put a price on as a specific coin.

There's a couple up for auction on ebay right now if you want to check them out. Raw generally goes for over $50.00. Slabbed and certified for a lot more.

I bought it for $8. I usually grab all the 1970 sets I see for under $10. This is the second one that I hit on. Here is the first one https://goccf.com/t/151359Unfortunately I cut that one up before I realized what I had.
