I am new at this and was wondering if someone could tell me if this coin is a die shift or double die. And if it is an error coin if it's of any value, well at least more than face value. Thank you

The second pic shows Mechanical Doubling which is common and not considered an error.

I don't know what's going on in the first pic. Can you get a clearer image of that? It does not appear to be the usual worthless Mechanical Doubling.

Also, can you post a pic of the whole coin/

Machine damage during the strike. These devices are normal overall shape, but with MD on them. If it were hub doubling we would see enlargement of the devices.

Yes it is Mechanical Doubling a.k.a machine damage. Not worth anything and common on 70 ' s halves. Like coop said I don't see enlargement of devices or split serrifs. Good eye though keep looking.
