Cool, see a couple lots I will bid on, too bad about so many high start prices on some of the Canadian coins, probably see a lot of unsold lots.

I was going to get there Fri morn, spend the night, and then leave Sat PM. I don't think that I'm going to stay now. Everyone should stop by to see SPP (in the room to the right as you go in the door.)

Quote: Everyone should stop by to see SPP (in the room to the right as you go in the door.) Unfortunately, due to conflicts that I have with other commitments, this will be the first Coin Expo that I will have to miss. That means my bodyguard (the twoonie man) will be missing it also... Remember, coins are my hobby, and not my career... apologies to all in advance who were planning to visit me at the show. I _will_ be there at the spring show for sure. That said, I would still encourage everyone close to the GTA to attend this show. It has a strong dealer attendance, and an awesome atmosphere for collectors. In my opinion, it is one of the best shows in Canada. Jared, I hope you have a superb show!! The 1967 medal presentation is one I would have loved to have seen!! Roger --

I went through the both days catalogues and found quite a lot of VERY high starting prices... maybe, I'm just cheap but I would think if they want to sell their coins at auction, I would think they would start their prices a bit lower. Good luck to those that want to bid.

Looks like I can sign in with Facebook and send a cheque for payment! I am on a tight budget but I may have to try to bid on some of the lower value novelty lots.

I'll be there Saturday. I wanted to come on Friday too (my classes end at 2 on Fridays) but I have a conflict with the aviation club event, and it's one I really don't want to miss.
We didn't see each other in the Mississauga show dollarman, I'll be looking forward to meeting you in the Expo.
