If you plan on traveling to Hong Kong they are since they are legal tender. Atleast I believe they still are :). To a collector if they were in a good mood they may pay .25 apiece if they were in a good mood and wanted them. A dealer would give you $ based on weight. It would be less then .25 a coin by a lot.

They're all legal tender. 1 HKD and 1 CHY are approximately worth the same and about $.15/each. You've got HK$18 and 0.6 CHY.
Other than that, they are modern coins that sre still being issued, so not too valuable. Can't see any error of any sort.

HK$18.00 = 18/7.8 = US$2.307.

The other small coins are Chinese legal tender now, they worth HK$0.85
