VF 20 cleaned as well. No eye appeal or pizazz at all. Would be a details coin in a major US holder.

I don't think ICCS will call this cleaned. I think the photo is making the small marks more prevalent than they are. Sterling silver marks up quite easily, so pre-1920 coins are given a little more slack when it comes to being labelled "cleaned".

I'd say VF20 and agree it looks to have been cleaned, but likely isn't labelled as such in the ICCS flip.

Sorry. Haven't been able to post a picture of the flip but it mysteriously got a VF30 without the cleaned designation. Definitely overgraded IMO. Will try to post again tonight after work. Thanks for looking.

Not too mysteriously, two of us in this thread got it "right". At least as far as guessing/knowing how ICCS will grade it! ;)

Have to disagree . Lately been quite puzzled by some of ICCS grading. Starting to be a touch inconcistent. There is no way this piece is a strict VF 30 and not cleaned.

Had it right but as pokermandude mentioned we both got it right because we knew how ICCS would grade it and not as it really is.
