I have a 1925 Peace dollar with a number of locations with extra material on them. What type of error is this, or was someone trying to repair or alter this coin

Looks to have multiple lamination errors. However part of the top one looks like it was filled in with lead. Kinda odd to see them scattered about

You guys wont want to hear this but it looks like adhesive of some kind. The glob around the 5 really looks like glue.
