I wanted to share a Rick Snow-produced diagram of the Morgan obverse high points one should consider for grading.
Obvious, lack of wear is a characteristic for 'any' MS-graded coin.
Even though Snow's attached illustrative example of an MS-65 is overall superior to the OP's coin, the wear points should exhibit identical features for both coins.
I feel that the hair curls above the forehead below BER are not the same as Snow's example...
I'm actually very hesitant to lower the consensus 63 grade yet since this difference between the coins may be the result of using more diffusive compared to axial lighting when photographed.
If it would be possible to produce another obverse photo only accentuating the contrast (producing with less luster), that should adequately address my doubts enough to opine on an appropriate grade.
