At least that's what the seller says. And maybe they do, but not in the grade this coin is in. Of course the fuzzy photo might be masking details that I can't see.

It seems that 50% of ebay listings are blurry, and another 25% are overpriced junk, like this harshly cleaned coin. It's a real challenge to find decent coins there.

Looks like someone has absolutely no idea on the concept of coin collecting, condition, value, etc.

Regardless of the actual value for the coin the fact he states a value on a raw coin breaks the rules and the auction should be reported.
