Jaobler Pillar of the Community United States 6396 Posts	Posted 10/08/2015 09:17 am Definitely uncirculated based on full luster in the reverse fields. The reverse looks like MS-65 quality to me. The obverse also looks better than MS-62 but the toning and dark photo could be masking some significant marks. The toning could be natural but seems a little unusual. I can't remember whether halos like these around the stars was supposed to be a sign of natural or artificial tone. Maybe ANACS chose not to assign a details grade but deducted a couple points due to suspicion about the color. Report this Post to the Staff
