Seller's being up front about these not being real - on the other hand, they're not marked "COPY" and are presentable enough to probably fool noncollectors in the secondary marketplace....

That's obviously my concern, also. It's not so good a forgery that a Morgan aficionado wouldn't recognize it as a phony (the orientation of the date being the dead giveaway), but as I commented before, a noncollector or less sophisticated collector could quite easily be taken in by the likes of this.
At the price they're being offered, I'd presume the composition (and thus likely the weight) is also wrong, but again, unless a subsequent buyer is tuned in to those issues, it possibly could be passed off as the real thing.
