Sometimes I start a reply from the quick reply box only to realize I want to add a photo. So, I copy my text from the edit box, click "reply to topic", paste, then add the photo.
Would be a few clicks more convenient to be able to invoke the upload photo dialog right from the quick reply (button next to "Submit" and "Preview" perhaps?) Or maybe just a button that automatically copies what you've typed and sends you to the full editor with the text already copied over.
Now that I think about it, there are several occasions when the latter suggestion would come in handy... for instance when I forget the code for a smiley or just want to use the full editor after typing a paragraph or two.

Great suggestion. Furthermore, I'm a member of another great forum where, if you do need to add a picture, when you click on the link to take you to the full editor, it keeps what you've already written in the text box. I learnt that the hard way here haha

You must have javascript enabled or it will not work.
Also try doing a forced refresh, ctrl-F5 in most browsers.
