its a solid VF20 and might even go VF25.
It could be a stage of obverse 19 for variety as the date position lines up and I can still see the die crack making its way through the left maple leaf areas. It's a later stage though because I see faint die clashes on the reverse right above (ON)E. I've been known to hallucinate these things but I'm pretty sure I'm seeing what I'm seeing.

Nice pick up.

I know that this opposes everyone else, but I say VF35, the arm and robe detail does it for me.
