Hard to tell exactly from the pics provided, but I will give a shot at MS65.

MS65, nice clean fields, no major issues, slight milk spotting obverse and a bit of carbon reverse. Strike is actually pretty decent.

MS-64 at best. Too many marks in prime focal areas. Better photos would be helpful.

Noticeable marks on the cheek, neck. Milk sops on the obverse and a noticeable discoloration at 6:00 on the reverse. Excellent luster, fields appear clean of marks - 63+/64.
