2015 Bombay Hook Quarter - Planchet Flaw? Strike Thru?

Change for coffee today was three unc 2015 Bombay Hook Delaware quarters. Clearly they had just opened a roll. This one stood out with a sunburst appearance. Not sure what's going on here. The "sunbursts" are mottled indented material below the smooth surfaces. There are pronounced die polishing lines radiating towards the rim, around the motto and MM. Reverse is pretty normal. Keep or spend?

Light layer of grease. I found a blue ridge one JUST like this. Nice find!

Yup, grease went splat. I posted a dime somewhat like this a few weeks ago. Same straightish line that ended in a jagged teeth pattern

Thanks for the replies. I think it looks cool enough so I added it to the box of stuff for my kids to figure out someday. Super George using his xray vision.

If that's the case why not send it to anacs and have it labled. Don't make them scratch their heads, that's just wrong lol

I labeled it as " Struck Through Grease" on a 2x2. Not worth ANACS I don't think.
