2015 Bombay Hook Quarter - Planchet Flaw? Strike Thru?

kbbpll Pillar of the Community United States 4233 Posts	Posted 10/21/2015 01:18 am Change for coffee today was three unc 2015 Bombay Hook Delaware quarters. Clearly they had just opened a roll. This one stood out with a sunburst appearance. Not sure what's going on here. The "sunbursts" are mottled indented material below the smooth surfaces. There are pronounced die polishing lines radiating towards the rim, around the motto and MM. Reverse is pretty normal. Keep or spend? Report this Post to the Staff
