Die flow runs to the rim as well as die wear. The constant squeezing of the die on the copper-nickel planchets, causes the dies to wear quicker. The lower mint marks happen because they are hand punched. Can be in a variety of areas on the location.
Rhat could be off center because we cant see the revers but it isn't even enough to bring a premium at all. Within mint tolerances. probably another effect from the Die Deterioration anyway
