First thought to my eyes from your decent photos was EF45 though an AU50 or 53 wouldn't be out of the realm of possibilities either, the only thing I don't particularly care for is the staining, color on the coin and what looks like a scratch on the reverse by the eagles tail. 1921
Peace dollars have always been tougher to grade, weaker struck and just plain good looking coins, especially when you come across one of the rarely high grade and strong struck examples.
