Sorry, but no. The coin is suffering a bit of split plating on the SE corner of the mint mark (very common to find this problem. Also the die that struck your coin is showing its age. It is called Die Deterioration. Not enough to be retired. It gets a lot worse before they are retired. The wear pattern is towards the closest rim. So the Date shows on the right side of the devices, the LIBERTY shows on the left side of the devices. The Motto on the tops of the devices. There is also a slight issue of machine damage. Very minor on your coin, but I spotted it. It shows on the edges if the date towards the center. But nothing worth keeping. Sometimes it is just nice to know, so when you spot it again on another coin, you can put the coin back to work. Hope this helps.
