Hi, I am really pleased to find this site. Numismatics is not too popular in Cuba, so I am really glad to see so many people around the world are passionate about this.
Feel free to ask anything about Cuban coins. I am no expert, but I do live here after all :)
I collect Cuban coins mostly. I would like to expand to coins from other Caribbean countries

Thank you guys for the warmt welcome!
I can only visit the site very briefly and I see content is pretty vast!
Using internet is still very new to most Cubans, and conections are very slow and inefficient, but you know... baby steps :)
I would like to post comments on Cuban coins and interesting facts about them. Maybe you could help me with directions on the best place to post them. I know this info is probably here somewhere, but like I said, my internet time is very limited.

This forum has different subsections, what he is getting at is the "world coin forum" is the correct subsection to post Cuban coins. I travelled around the Caribbean for about 6 months when I was 25...I didn't do Cuba unfortunately and I can't recall ever seeing Cuban coins before so I would be interested to see some. Of the Islands I visited Aruba was a particular favourite...nice place and they had some square coins when I was there ^^ Edited by DavidUK

I have already posted an article there and you will most definitely see some Cuban coins and learn their stories in my posts. Although we do not have square coins, sorry ;)
