Many of these coins we have are in cardboard packets and we need to make purchases of about 50-100 each coin holders (about 8 different sizes, I want to make sure that the coins being held won't be damaged by humidity/air. (yes, they are stored in a vault with dehumidifier)
Any suggestions?

I look for 2x2's that don't have a lot of cardboard dust in the window pane area, otherwise you need to blow or brush it off (time consuming) I find most coin shops have good ones, Hobby Lobby not so much, the last batch I got from them had ton's of dust and the folds didn't line up quite square.
I pay around $3-4 per hundred at my local shop.

Wizard always comes through for me, I have purchased a bunch from them in the past no issues, also Jake's coin and stamp supply has been good to me.
