Very nice! How did you happen to acquire them?

Apparently a bank teller in 1992 culled them, retired to Portugal, sold them a coin dealer there sent them to NGC and I made an offer on ebay, taking a long way home.

I believe those are coming from Portugal. Well done john100! I had my eyes on those coins but didn't pull the trigger.

I cant get into error coins like this, to me these just look like damaged coins lol, but looking at the price tag I guess there is a market for them. Anything that can increase a coins value , damaged or outer wise I am in.

Errors are all in a way damaged coins, but there are only a few double struck Canadian coins, this clearly is one of the better examples, also the whole coin market is in such a buyer's market, or else his asking price would have been a bargain.

Picked up coins last night from postal outlet, looks a little better in hand there's no colour reflections on the first NGC pics, shipping only 5 business days from Portugal.

These are all really nice double strikes, especially the ones about 50% off center.
