Still confused with the small date and large dates.
Any idea which one this might be?

Thank you Fuzzy317. I thought so to cause the 7 looked like it was lower
but with the angel of the 9 pointing (what looked to me anyway) looks like it went more
inwards more than downwards so that made me wonder.

Usually if you have to ask, it is a large date. The small date in hand looks like the real deal.

Large date. The other characteristic I have noticed on all the examples on CCF about the 1970 small date, large date question is that the mintmark on the small date coin is lower and about centered under the 9 and 7 and on the large date the mm is almost totally under the 9 and closer.

Hmmm thank you Coop and Pete. It's funny you
say that about the mint mark I have a few other 1970 s
one which the mint mark is higher up and one is lower.
I'll post them after work. Thank you for your help.

Oh I didn't know that. Thank you coop. I'm so tired tonight I cant
see straight but tomorrow I'll look I know I have a couple of others
that I would like to check out. Two I know for sure now are large
dates I have to look and check out the other two. I'll compare them
to the example above. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Thank you and have a good night.

There maybe more die examples out there. I'm not sure how many different dies were involved?

Thank you Coop. I have two here that are different with
the mint marks and I don't know if I'm supposed to start a new
topic or post it here?
