Wow. I'm in love!

I'd say it will cross over to 45 but no less than 40. Simply gorgeous! I'd keep it in the old anacs slab though if it were mine.

It might get questionable color from PCGS.

If they (the TPG company) think it's a "questionable color" coin they will not cross it over. They will leave it in the current holder.

I suspect the coin was cleaned a long time ago and the toning may be from residuals remaining from that old cleaning.

The coin probably did not look like this way back when ANACS slabbed it and would likely not cross into a PCGS slab today.

I think there is a chance it could cross but I would not crack it out to do so. The somewhat odd but not off-putting (imo) color does bring about some worry of a possible details designation, plus I like these older ANACS holders.
