I was going through some penny the other day and I found a 1983-p But it looked different the 8 was smaller than the other that I had seen. It looked like a dot I went back through all the ones I had just gone through.. Found a few 1983-D's.
I saw that the 8's on most of then looked bigger than that one 1983-p.So guess the question is? Is there a small 8 in 1983-p penny's?

Nothing that has ever been noted. It would help to see an image of this smaller 8.
