Lucky Cuss Pillar of the Community United States 4883 Posts	Posted 11/03/2015 2:27 pm Generally speaking, the 1921 Philly has a very narrow value spread from XF all the way up to BU, so submitting them hardly ever makes economic sense. However, pricing really takes off from MS65 upwards, and yours looks to me like it may well obtain a gem quality grade, so it may well be worth the expense of having it certified.
