Are these two different coins? In one pic, evidence of a harsh cleaning... unless these are some exotic variety, they look like bullion value only

id say EF-AU cleaned. it could probably bring $20 easily, but I doubt it would go higher than that.

The obverse looks really nice but, the reverse looks to have been cleaned..

May have been the way the photo was taken.
