I was smart, I gave the ol' sniff this evening. It's 11:10 at night, so excited that I can't fall asleep!

I went early and stayed about an hour. A smaller show, but there were some dealers there that I hadn't ever seen (or a long time ago. Saw Andrew, Jayden, dollarman and Jimmy but found no coins that I needed/wanted.

I on the other hand just got home lol, I went with some stuff to sell/trade since I was anticipating a much larger show but ended up leaving with much more money than I started with. I walked out with a hand full of Coins including 2 very low ball 1953 dollars 1 SF and 1 NSF, a pair of dollars, ICCS 1966 ms 63 and 1967 ms64 both of which are unbelievably nicely toned. And a couple extra pieces that I already forget what they are lol. I was happy to meet okie, jimmyD, slurexe97 and john100 in that order. I really appreciate okies help on a coin and the help from john100. Overall, I won't complain because there is nothing to really complain about. It was a great time and I loved meeting some great people.

Mississauga is a little too far of a drive for me, but I DID go to the show in Windsor today.
I was able to buy 44 coins, mostly 50-cent and dollar pieces. Didn't buy any of the "BIG" coins I needed; just picked up commons. Either the choice items were overpriced or a lower quality than I required. I dropped around $180.

It was a pleasure to sort through coins at the same table with okiecoiner and because okie was there I did not have to spend to much time at the show . Okie thanks again for passing me the 1919 you found. Nice meeting you thedollarman if I can be of any help with large cents please let me know. Jayden we seem to run into each other a lot at the shows good to see you.

The show was smaller than I expected. I arrived a little later, so I only met thedollarman and john100 there. I had a really interesting chat with john100, learnt a lot of new stuff.

anyone mind me asking what they picked up at the show, I know there was very little selection but hopefully someone got lucky?

I didn't get anything. I'm not one to cherrypick either, at least, not yet.
dollarman, if you don't mind me asking, what's the story on the toonie? I did catch something about a beaded toonie, but I didn't want to interrupt.

I did pick up a copy of the Charlton 2016 Canadian Coins Catalogue and a couple of coins for my granddaughter. I did not see anything for myself but I did go mainly to browse. With free admission and free parking, certainly can't complain.
