Is This 1921-S Morgan Dollar A Variety ?

Hi all, I dont know much about the Morgan dollar so decided to ask the experts
As you can see , there are raised dashes around the last A of America. Ive tried to do some research but getting no where.
Would love to know about it, its rarity, value etc.

Sorry to disappoint you but your coin is counterfeit. The 21 series all used the same reverse that was similar to the 1878 reverse with the parallel top arrow feather. The top arrow feather on 1879 through 1904 has a slope as shown on your coin. There were some 1879 that used the reverse of 78.

On the 1921 series there were some other changes like going back to the flat breast feathers like is also found in the 78 coin. Your coin has a rounded breast that was not used in in 1921.
