Interesting, the blank. Did you weigh them, and measure the diameter and thickness? That info would help.

They weigh about the same by hand and the diameter are almost the same(Dies causes it to spread out a tiny bit) and the Thickness of the blank is a little thicker(less then 1/4 a millimeter) but that's to be expected from a blank

Nice coins. You ought to see if the War Nickel is an RPM. I wonder if the blank is silver. It's too bad War Nickels weigh the same as Cu-Ni ones, if they were different you could tell.

on top of this she gave me a tootsie roll bank with about 20 nickles in it so I have to look at those to any idea of there price(I'm not planning on selling these ones but in case I find more)

I meant the price of the War nickle and the blank not the tootsie roll bank of nickels

War Nickel in that condition (assuming no RPM) is just about melt. 5 grams x 35% silver is about $0.81 USD, maybe a bit less due to silver loss from circulation. The blank might be worth a few dollars.

It really depends on the rarity. They're fairly common on War Nickels (I assume that is because the mintmarks required more force to punch into the die and were therefore more commonly punched weakly), so I would estimate 3-4 times melt max in most cases. I don't think this is an RPM, but if you want to check, look here: http://www.varietyvista.com/images/JN%20BOOK.pdf
