Even with a weak strike, I think the back of the coin is probably "unc" but the front of the coin is only AU, at best. The toning on the reverse looks natural. The toning on the front looks "funny".

Looks to me like it has been "messed" with. Most notably I see diagonal hair lines across the vertical die polish lines behind the Eagle's head.

Obverse hairlines have WAY too much wear. Honestly a XF-40/45 piece, and old cleaning that retoned it.
