I am not sure I would have been buying as many Ike's as I do, if I had not joined CCF many years ago. For these I picked them up, one because I am liking the older holders more. Two, I like to keep examples so I can compare grades on my raw coins. I am sure I won't be breaking them out to put into my Ike monster box. 1972 S UNC and 1972 S UNC

Yay, GR! The world of certified Ikes may very well make you certifiable! I need to upgrade my 1973-S business strike. I have a 66, but I'm on the hunt for a good, high quality example in MS67. I keep waiting on Great Collections to offer one, but they've had the same 73-S available for weeks now at $65.00. It lacks eye appeal completely, so it's not for me. Patience required, I guess. It's funny you posted this because I was just getting ready to post some of my "extra" certified Ikes. . . .

Wow. Nice high grade. Now only if they were MS67 clad!

I can see getting slabbed Ike's could get addicting.
I do have a few boxes of slabs, but pretty sure not many are Ike's.
These two I feel are nice looking coins, but the holders show signs of being somewhat mishandled.
I am sure I will be watching out for more.

Very nice! I would leave them intact, and that says something coming from me, Sir Cracks-a-lot.

I took the day off ... And went to the casino. When I got home I get this message .from the LCS They said they bought 230 modern dollars, and asked me how many I wanted. Also the Dansco labeled "Silver dollar" is full of Ike's. So two albums full of Ike's ....might be something I want. It will be hard to wait until morning.

I like them in any grade, but high grade is nice, I agree.
