It's a low relief. The high relief has a larger bust and the point of the bust comes closer to the date. But the easiest way to see the difference is the cheek. On the low relief the cheek is sunken. On your coin note the sinen area between the cheekbone and the ear. On the high relief the cheek and neck are raised and rounded. Also the hair on the low relief is more "defined" with deep grooves. On the high relief the hair is more "delicate". Especially compare the hair around the ear and temple.
