I'd say it might be a Greaser. Let's wait for the pros though!

Don't see it as a Dryer Coin. Do see it as well circulated coin with weak devices on obverse as well as reverse. The rims look kind of weak as well.

If weight is normal or with in tolerance, I'd lean toward a weak strike or Struck Through Grease Filled Dies. If under weight I would lean more to that. Thanks, Doug.

I agree. A struck through error. (grease)

Rims are not rolled over like you would see on a Dryer Coin.
