Thanks for posting the images in orientation of the coppercoins site. That helps to see if the markers match.

Tip of the day
On taking your images; Where do you focus? On the tops of the devices or on the field below the devices. It is best to focus on the field near the area where your looking at. That will make the image sharp. When you focus on the tops of the devicesm then the fields will look a bit blurred.

Biedeecoins- I have an AmScope with a Canon T1i connected. I have started using coop's tip of the day and that has helped. I would still like to find a stand alone fine adjustable platform to use with my scope to see if that helps. Very frustrating to have good equipment and still can't capture the quality of images I want to.

Keep working with it. Are you using a ramp to angle the light into the lens of the scope?

I use that to angle the light, so when you see the coin a gold color, then you have it at the correct angle.

I have the light at 12:00 under the scope and the wider part of the ramp at 6:00. If I need to rotate it, rotate the coin on the ramp and not the ramp. It keeps the light just right. Also note I use a square tube half dollar cap to raise the ramp.
