AU50. greens blues golds are all normal toning however it doesn't seem to be natural on this coin.

The cropping doesn't allow views of the entire coin. No grade can be guessed at.
Re-toned after a cleaning.

This sort of toning is not normally seen on a coin as well circulated as this.

Detail looks no better than EF-40; I don't think it should be graded as AU with such obvious wear on Liberty's bust and the eagle's left (facing) wing. I agree that retoning after an old cleaning is a likely explanation for the color.

Value? I'd guess maybe it would reach $70-100 if auctioned on ebay.
