I'll go with ms63, which would grade her ms64 with the CC bump.
I too am a little bothered by the halos around the obverse stars.....either it's just a little toning or it could be residue from a dip. How is the luster on the obverse compared to the reverse? Is the luster even across the entire obverse? Is there any evidence of toning on the reverse (or rim) associated with the obverse area in question (the toning should have started from the rim on in)?

That's the gamble I took buying from these pictures. It was a property auction and I paid right at book pricing. I took a chance, and while I don't think I got burned, I didn't get the deal of the century. Last one I did like this was the 1928 Peace and I made a tidy profit. This one I won't turn a profit per se, so I'll probably just keep it since I don't have a CC in my collection. I'm very happy with it actually, and I honestly don't think it has been dipped. The halos scared me with the pictures also, but I think it's NT. I think without the little hits on the cheek, she'd be a screamer. I just like that fact that the fields are spotless.

Anyhoo, thanks folks, and thank you very much for the VAM info.

I think Dave got it right. I think it's VAM 5A looking at these close ups. Sorry, I only have a 4mp camera. Notice the clash at the beak and the die crack in the wing.

No idea of a premium, but cool regardless in my opinion.
