Is this real? The seal and serial numbers are yellow. Can't seem to locate any on ebay after doing a quick search.

The note is real. The yellow seal and numbers were originally red.

This note is a victim of going through a chemical alteration that caused the red ink to change to yellow. Most likely dry cleaning fluid.

It is not a BEP error.

No added value other than a novelty. Worth $2 in my book.

This is often called a "false error", and has fooled many a buyer.

This is a genuine $2 that has had its seal and serial numbers chemically altered. These are often passed of on ebay as errors to unsuspecting buyers.

Conner....

Somebody in the previous chain of ownership had the color change on them. Probably was left in a pants pocket when it went through the dry cleaning process.

It is still worth face value even with the color change.
