1928 $2 Yellow Seal? - Coin Community Forum

This note is a victim of going through a chemical alteration that caused the red ink to change to yellow. Most likely dry cleaning fluid. It is not a BEP error. No added value other than a novelty. Probably was left in a pants pocket when it went through the dry cleaning process. It is still worth face value even with the color change. Report this Post to the Staff
