Any ideas on this ? Post mint damage? The rest of the coin looks normal. The lines in middle don't appear to be scratches even under loupe. Thanks!
Reverse side and edge of coin are totally normal.

Struck through die cap possibly? Just seen one on Lincoln Cent resource and looks similar .

Yes that's what I believe it is but I'm not too familiar with these wait for an expert to come along-if it is it's a great find congrats!

Great and now I learned something new-it is late stage because you can see the obverse image bleeding through the thinned out die cap-again great find
