Value around 75 to 100$ in the current market. Could be worth more if TPG'd and sold at auction. Report this Post to the Staff

One thing to add though: The serial above the seal looks to have some sort of minor insufficient ink error going on with it. Kind of interesting. Report this Post to the Staff
