Bart, pages 179-180 lists this as "Misaligned Overprint, moderate". Values listed: $5 FRN 1974 EF:$200, AU:$300, Ch.CU:$350 $5 FRN 1985 EF:$150, AU:$250, Ch.CU:$300 You might want to troll around ebay and other sites and see what you can find.
