Date shows downward push while last 9 also has push to left. We seems to push left only.

In seems to push left while god looks like just die wear.

Liberty pushes downward and also maybe triple push to left.

Trust pushes left with very worn dies.

Looks mostly like Machine Doubling to me. The die moved counter clock wise. Making uneven Machine Doubling pattern. Probably happened also on the reverse, but not always. The upper die moves (hammer) and the reverse (anvil) is stationary. Sometimes you have one/both doubled. Even in the same roll, they aren't always doubled the same. If you compared markers you may find some without any doubling. Just depends on the strike/play in the die/movement of the planchet.
